The location is amazing and so convenient.

My experience was frustrating and disappointing. The check-in process was extremely slow, and the staff seemed unfriendly and uninterested. Our room had a persistent odor and the air conditioning didn't work properly. It was hard to enjoy our stay with so many issues.

impressive pools

staying at novotel was a delightful experience. the breakfast was outstanding, and the staff was so gracious and attentive. my granddaughters loved the kids club, which was a lot of fun. the immaculate pools and excellent location made it even better, being quietly close to the beach.

We enjoyed a wonderful family stay at this resort! The pools were fantastic and our little baby loved the kids' play area. Being just a short walk from the bustling center, we also appreciated the delicious Indian food at the on-site restaurant.

In my wife’s opinion, a lift would be great for families with children.
